By signing, you pledge to adhere to the BAMP’s code of ethics, and by-laws. Your application is subject to further approval by BAMP and may require more information. All applications are “pending” until approved by the BAMP. DUES AS A BUSINESS EXPENSE: While contributions or gifts to BAMP are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income tax purposes, a portion of your dues are deductible as a Business Expense under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
