EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - JAMES EICHENLAUB

Serves as the chief administrative officer for the association. Jim plans, organizes, and directs the programs and activities of the association through the coordination of staff and volunteers to ensure the goals and objectives of the association are met. He is responsible for monitoring public policy issues impacting housing, making recommendations to the association's board of directors, and coordinating actions and industry responses to issues important to the industry. He also oversees the IT capabilities and office operations of the association.
