The Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council of the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (BAMP) is proud to launch a new mentorship program designed to foster meaningful connections, support professional growth, and strengthen the future of our industry.

This new initiative will connect emerging professionals with experienced leaders from across the residential construction, remodeling, design, manufacturing, supplier, and trade communities. Whether you’re looking to develop new skills, expand your network, navigate career challenges, or give back by helping others grow, the mentorship program offers a structured opportunity to learn from one another and build lasting professional relationships.

The mentorship program reflects PWB’s ongoing commitment to professional development and leadership growth while advancing BAMP’s mission to strengthen the residential construction industry through education, engagement, and member connection. As a benefit of membership, participation is available to employees of BAMP member companies in good standing that have an active PWB member on staff.

Although the program is being launched through PWB, participation is open to both men and women from eligible member companies. We welcome mentors and mentees from all backgrounds, disciplines, and career stages.
